What are IM values, what do they mean

TODO: Current documentation doesn't make this clear, and different parts of the fort.15 documentation mention different possible values. Need to:

  1. Get a complete list of IM values and what they do, including the single-digit flag values like 111112.
  2. Update references to IM to include the full list of relevant IM values.

For instance, existing documentation mentions IM = 10, but the IM definition doesn't say what this is. Similarly, things that mention baroclinic ADCIRC like NOUTC in the fort.15 file don't mention IM = 21, which allegedly is baroclinic. Taylorgasher (talk) 17:49, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
