For general information, see the ADCIRC site, ADCIRC FAQ, or the ADCIRC Wikipedia page. For model documentation not yet available on the wiki, see the ADCIRC site. New content is being continuously added to the ADCIRCWiki, and material from the main ADCIRC site will be gradually transitioned over to the wiki.
hstime is a utility that comes with ADCIRC that allows you to see the time information inside an ADCIRC hot start file. In standard ADCIRC distributions, its source code is located in util/hstime.F. The code can be run with the following options:
-nspecifies a netCDF file
-f filenamespecifies the file name
The code can be compiled by entering into the work/ directory and executing
make hstime. Though typically the user will need to specify additional options with this command, such as the compiler.
